We’re excited to be finalists!

Yes! We’re very proud and happy to be nominated for The London Business Awards in June 2014. Out of hundreds of businesses across London, The Hamlet has been chosen as finalists by the London Business Awards judging panel. Please wish us luck and we will keep you posted.

Some of London’s best businesses have been shortlisted in this year’s London Business Awards. The awards are organised by Prospects Business Support, part of the Prospects Group, the education, employment and training organisation.

This year more than 200 organisations registered for the London Business Awards and 105 have been selected as finalists. Shortlisted businesses have been invited to a judging day for face-to-face interviews with industry and business experts. After the interviews, the judges will form a panel to decide the winners.

Rose Saunders, Head of Prospects Business Support, said: “The standard of entries was extremely high so shortlisting was difficult. We’ve selected organisations which are proving to be at the top of their game in London and further afield. I wish the shortlisted companies all the best as they go onto the judging day and I look forward to the winners being announced at the gala dinner and award ceremony.”

The 2014 London Business Awards drew entries from a variety of organisations operating in various industries across the capital. Shortlisted companies include Penta Consulting, Sutton United Football Club, Meantime Brewing Company, Central Housing Group ltd, Fairfield halls and Natwest Business Banking

Paul Clark, CEO at specialist global telecoms recruiter Penta Consulting said: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted in three categories for the prestigious 2014 London Business Awards. From our head office in Wallington we supply skilled technical staff to over 90% of the telecommunications industry worldwide and have operations in more than 120 countries. 2014 has already seen us make recruitment history by being the only British recruiter to win a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade twice, in 2006 and 2014 and we are proud to fly the flag for UK business all over the world.”

London’s Business of the Year – along with the winner of each category – will be announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony held at The Brewery, London, on 17 June 2014.
